Usage & Copyrights

I use images from past shoots in 3 different ways. 

• periodical updates to my web portfolio 

• social media (twitter/@gotgoodface & IG/@getgoodface) 

• these quasi-monthly emails.

  That is all.

If you prefer I NOT to use the images > simply decline a model release. 

If you prefer owning the rights to the images > please request a Copyright Transfer Agreement (Example Template) OR draft a Work for Hire Agreement.

If you seek anything different from above, I’m open to negotiating and fulfilling the necessary paperwork. You can use a preferred business name. Please address your preferences PRIOR to booking.

I don’t require an additional fee for the copyrights, but there are additional fees for transferring/delivering the physical files in web size or RAW/digital negatives. I always prefer NOT to do this as it means releasing unfinished work, but if it’s of value to you, then knock yourself out!
